Doris Weiner has been evolving her art language. Her language has evolved from paper to multi media where scale and technologies are not limited. Sandy Knoll Studios is a unique family story where Doris Weiner and her son Alan create art using this evolving language to produce engagement and anticipation. Doris works out of her New England studio at Sandy Knoll Studios where she also runs regular open studio sessions and workshops throughout the year.
The latest language elements she has added to her collection has allowed her to create a powerfull installation filled with engagement and anticipation called Whispers At The Library at the Farmington Public Library Meetig room.
Doris Weiner's work is suitable for corporate
and home placements and commissions. Doris Weiner uses a large variety of materials such as metal, wood, Neon, robotics, computer projectors etcetera. The sculptural wall and floor art is on a larger scale.
Doris's works range from functional art lines of furniture to watercolors, monotypes and canvases.
Her current language is pushing the envelope of adding dynamic interaction to her art with multimedia sound and video producing living walls.
